Return & Refunds

Samrat Mega Store products and/or products marked as ‘Non-Exchangeable, Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Product’ on the product detail page cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

For other products, our policy lasts 7 days. If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, you may return your order for a refund within the first 7 days from delivery. The item(s) must be returned in the original unused, unworn condition with the tags still attached. To complete your return, we require the original invoice as proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where refunds are not granted:
* Obvious signs of use.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing accessories for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

In case your package returns (RTO) for any of the following reasons, 2 way shipping cost [in case of free shipping, shipping cost will be calculated at actual] will be deducted from your refund amount:
1. Consignee address incorrect.
2. Consignee phone incorrect.
3. Consignee not available.
4. Consignee refused to accept.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
