To further ensure your security, we use state of the art SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption to protect your personal information from unauthorized use. We do not store credit card information on our site.
- What type of payment methods do you accept?
We only accept prepaid orders and offer all leading online payment options like Indian and International Credit card and Debit card, Net banking as well as UPI and leading wallets.
- Do your photos on the site match the product exactly?
Due to monitor settings, monitor pixel definitions, limitations of digital photography, and dye lot variations, we cannot guarantee that the color you see on your screen as an exact color of the product. We strive to make our colors as accurate as possible, but screen images are intended as a guide only and should not be regarded as absolutely correct. All colors are approximations of actual colors.
- Can I order a custom size or a custom colour to existing design?
In most cases we do not accept custom designs unless you are a wholesaler able to meet our minimums. Nevertheless you can contact us with the details and we will try our best to meet your requirment.
- What happens if I order something and it is out of stock?
On rare occasions an item may not be available and should this occur, we will contact you and inform you regarding the delay. In case of hand knitted products, if the yarn is available with us, we will hand-knit one for you on priority. This may delay the shipment by a day or two hence we will contact you and take your prior approval.
If the above is not possible, we will contact you and refund you the full amount to your original mode of payment.
- When will my order be shipped / How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Orders are packed within 24 hours and are booked for dispatch in the next available slot except Sundays. All orders are shipped via leading logistic partners e.g. Delhivery, Amazon Shipping, India Post etc.
Orders within India normally take 2-7 business days to arrive after being shipped depending on shipping address proximity from our dispatch location i.e. Mumbai. Most orders will arrive within the estimated time shared by our courier partners but delivery times may occasionally take longer especially during peak sales and allowance should be made for this. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by our courier partners but will assist where possible.
- I entered in the wrong address, what do I do?
Contact us immediately. In many cases we may be able to change the address for you if your order hasn’t already been processed or shipped.
- There is a problem with my shipment, what do I do?
If your shipment is held up with your carrier, contact them directly as they may need specific direction on where to deliver your order. In some cases the carrier will need to update your address which will result in an upcharge. Samrat Mega Store® is not responsible for paying this upcharge. To avoid the upcharge, ask the carrier to hold the shipment at the nearest location for you to pick up.
- I need to cancel my order.
Unfortunately, once you have placed your order it cannot be modified or cancelled.
- How do I return an order?
Samrat mega Store products and/or products marked as ‘Non-Exchangeable, Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Product’ on the Privacy Policy page cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
